Exploring ideas

 When I was deciding what to do my magazine on, I wanted it to be entertaining while being interesting and informative at the same time. 

At first I wanted to do hockey because it is something I really enjoy, but after doing some thinking, I decided against it because at the time, I knew nothing about stick curve, stick flex, all the penalties, and the players. All I knew how to do was watch hockey and cheer when my team scored a goal. 

The only other hobby I know a lot of info about is fishing. I knew a lot more about fishing than I knew about hockey. Fishing also has more versatility when talking about different things. You can talk about different fishing poles, line, baits, lures, and different species of fish.
